Pagsanjan Worship Center Project

Help Us Build a Worship Center  in Pagsanjan 

We have a dream - to have a better worship Center that accommodates at least 500 people with complete church facilities designed for worship, discipleship and training with the core goal of spreading the apostolic message expanding God’s kingdom in our local area, Pagsanjan and beyond.  A worship center filled with people who are equipped laborers of Christ filled with His spirit. We dream of a great revival to happen in Pagsanjan affecting the province of Laguna and provinces around as the Lord mightily move in these last days through apostolic believers.

Our goal for the realization of this project is to raise fund in five years to acquire 300 or more square meters land in the strategic place of Pagsanjan town, Laguna, Philippines and start up constructing the Apostolic Worship Center (UPC) building. 

The Project (What):    NZA Worship Center Building.  A 2 floor building having a 200 capacity balcony with a land area of at least 300 square meters.  The basement is designed for commercial rooms, Neos Zoe Christian School and NZAC office.  The 2nd floor will be the worship center which will have at least 300+ seating capacity and with rooms for Sunday school classes, music ministry, discipleship and a baptistery.
  

The worship center is design for big events and special gatherings such as seminars, wedding, anniversaries, inter-fellowships, baptisms, child dedications, funeral services and other related events.    

The Location (Where):  In a strategic location of Pagsanjan town (pronounced 'Pag-sang-han'), the tourist capital of the province of Laguna situated about 92 kilometers south of Manila and can easily be reached by car or bus in less than two hours.  It is world-renowned not only because of the Pagsanjan Falls, whose enchanting beauty fascinates tourists from all comers of the globe, but also because of its panoramic vistas, gifted with natural wonders and scenic views! 

The Mechanics (How):   Share P7, 000 in one year for five year goal.  It is the amount each sponsor will contribute we call a share.   1 Share is equivalent to P7, 000 in an annual basis either paid in cash or installment. The proceeds of its shares will be divided into two.  

(1) P3500 for 1 square meter approximated value 

  (2) P3500 savings for building fund.  

Our target is to have 60 shares be sponsored yearly for 5 years.

Five year plan computation:

1)  Goal of shares to raise each year = 60 shares (P7000 x 60 shares) P420,000

     2) Goal of total amount to raise in five years= P2,100,000 (P420,000 x 5 years)

                P7000  (1 share) x 60 shares (yearly target)   = P420,000/year

                                                              Span of five years   = P420,000 x 5 years

                                                                                    Total   = P2,100,000

 The Target Sponsors (Who):     The burden of this project will be shared by its local members, reaching other local and foreign fellowship concerned groups, friends, institutions and other sources.

 Target Source Breakdown: 

         
     (20 %) of the local members    =  P84, 000/year     (11.2 individuals/shares)

       (25%) other fellowship group  =  P105, 000/year   (14 individuals/shares)

       (25%) friends, institutions,  etc.  =  P105,000/year (14individuals/shares)

   (30%) other sources (business, fund raising projects) = P126, 000/year                                                                         (16.8 individuals/shares)

 The Project Period (When):   This project will officially be launched on July 2012 and will purchase a land mid of 2017 as well as the start of building construction prior to the fund raising project accomplishments. Pledges/sponsorship forms are now available upon request at church' desk.  

This project is attainable and not burdensome if its individual concern will act and work out on it. In fact, we can even reach the goal in less 5 years depending the concern’s respond.  I pray God will bless our hearts and move in our being to put this burden and vision, to each and everyone who truly loves the Lord and have the zeal to advance and progress God’s kingdom here on our beloved Pagsanjan town and Laguna province for the glory of the most high God Jesus Christ.
